1. Nature of Transaction

• Placing an order constitutes a binding purchase request, not a sale of existing stock.
• Final sale & ownership transfer occur only after PayPal payment is confirmed and the item is sourced and dispatched.
• This model ensures compliance with Islamic Sharia by avoiding bay‘ al-gharar (sale of uncertain/unsourced goods) and riba (interest).

2. Payment

• We accept payments exclusively via PayPal (credit/debit cards accepted through PayPal).
• All prices are in EUR (€).
• Payment must be completed to initiate order fulfillment.

3. Product Descriptions & Images

• Product images are representative. Minor variations in craftsmanship (e.g., hand-engraved details) reflect the authenticity of handmade Eastern jewelry.
• We provide accurate material descriptions , Certificates of authenticity available upon request.

4. Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled only before PayPal payment confirmation.
• Once payment is processed and sourcing begins, cancellation is not possible due to the bespoke fulfillment process.

5. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.
• Disputes shall be resolved amicably, with preference for mediation in accordance with Islamic principles of ṣulḥ (reconciliation).
